Giá trị đồng bolivar của Venezuela trên thị trường chợ đen tiếp tục sụt giảm với tốc độ chóng mặt. Đầu tháng này, 279 bolivar đổi được 1 USD nhưng hiện nay, phải đến 423 bolivar mới mang về được 1 USD.
