TT – Quốc hội Liên bang Nga ngày 25-11 đã bỏ phiếu thông qua nghị quyết thừa nhận vụ cảnh sát Nga sát hại 22.000 sĩ quan và công dân Ba Lan ở rừng Katyn, phía tây nước Nga, năm 1940 do nhà lãnh đạo Liên Xô là Josef Stalin ra lệnh.
